Your role and responsibilities

Establishing primary and secondary retail distributor network. Meeting distributors, dealers and retailers on a regular basisAchieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target – product wise. Managing primary, secondary and tertiary sales in allotted areaPlanning and conducting required promotion activities on regular basis (retailer meets, product seminars, ETP’s, road shows, exhibitions)Regular schemes for retailers and customers direct / through distributors. In-shop branding at retailers or distributorsCoordinating with team leader and all stake holdersEffectively managing distributors and motivate them to grow

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or distribution
  • Knowledge of Distributor Management
  • Experience in product launches, preferred industries – Modular Switches, MCB, RCCB, DB
  • Capability to conduct promotional marketing activities, branding
  • Good communication and relationship skills
