Responsibilities:
• Be an industry futurist with extensive experience in across all workflows in CIP, CDD, EDD, Onboarding, Periodic Review, Customer Screening (PEP, Sanctions, adverse media and other watchlist screening) and Transaction Surveillance
• Proficient with industry wide used tools and databases in FCC, in addition to train resources on conducting open-source search to find relevant information to complete the investigation and review
• Lead a span of 15 trainers who are engaged in different subject areas of FCC
• Collaborating closely with account managers and leadership to determine training needs specific to a workflow in FCC and client (existing or new)
• Training program will be required to build training modules, which will include the key FCC concepts involved, workflow type and geography specific cases studies for exercise with an assessment model and qualifying criteria
• Training manager should further collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to resolve mode of content delivery and assessment, along with variation or types of models to efficiently train the resources for client requirement
• Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions for ongoing training needs as and when required
• Additional responsibilities will include booking the venue for training, video or PowerPoint creation for content delivery, maintaining attendance and performance record
• Proficient in ability to train in writing relevant investigative report for FCC case works

Minimum qualifications:
• Significant work experience in FCC in relevant industry with mandatory experience in training
• Willingness to stay on top of new techniques in corporate trainings
• Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset
• Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills
• Interpersonal and time management abilities
• Excellent team building and communication skills
• Attention to detail & risk identification
Preferred qualifications
• Experienced in building training module on e-learning platforms and exposure to different technological interventions
• Proficient in Digital assets involved in FCC Training Industry
• CAMS/CFE certified will be preferred
