Job Description

Position: Area Sales Manager – Project.

Business: Enox

Reports to: Regional Manager – Mumbai. Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh

Required to:

  • Plan and deliver the Revenue objectives for the Project business vertical at Mumbai.
  • Implementation of the business strategies for the overall business in Mumbai including projects, Specification, and Institutional Sales.
  • Implementation of the project finder and CRM on daily basis (Location/ Site Search).
  • Building project pipeline report on weekly basis manually on excel and manage the same in CRM format.
  • Prepare and manage data on Consultant, Fabricators, Architect, Interior contractor Etc.
  • To work with cross function in order to execute the project effectively.
  • Building relationship with the influencer.
  • Appointment of the Project channel partners for the execution of the project effectively.
  • Plan, implementation, and execution of the influencer scheme.
  • Have Functional knowledge of Project business in building material vertical in Mumbai and a strong drive to deliver high growth.
  • Prepare & present reports on the business periodically. Provide support to the Regional Manager – Mumbai.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership skills to lead and work effectively with the Influencer.
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate with influencer such as Consultant, Architect, Fabricator and Interior Contractor.

Qualification Criteria:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • MBA preferred
