What You’ll Do

we are looking for a Lead To Quote IT Senior Manager to join us! In this amazing role, you will join a dynamic team on HPE modernization program. You will lead and oversee the cross functional IT team in designing, developing, and maintaining IT systems and solutions. This includes managing day-to-day operations, setting strategic direction, aligning with business objectives, mentoring team members, and driving innovation, efficiency, and application stability. You will be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions, support, and implementation. This role will serve as the strategic IT partner for Lead-To-Quote ensuring that the cross functional team’s efforts are fully aligned with organizational goals. Acting as the bridge between IT and internal/external business stakeholders. You will understand and represent the specific needs of each area within the organization. By fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, you and your team will drive effective business engagement, facilitate IT project involvement, and ensure that technical solutions are tailored to meet business requirements and enhance partner/customer experience. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to leverage IT solutions across the organization, establish ongoing processes for relationship management, and effectively communicate IT standards, solutions, and policies. Your role will also involve connecting business units with the right technical resources to address in-depth technical solution discussions, implementation, and support.

Responsibilities

  • You will develop and execute strategic plans for technical projects, aligning with business goals and driving successful project delivery in close collaboration with business leaders to co-develop roadmaps with IT product owners, guiding products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team, ensuring continuous growth and fostering a collaborative environment and development of various capabilities and system features, ensuring robust and scalable solutions, SLA-driven supportable platform, and business user experience.
  • You will guide your team to work alongside cross-functional leads and diverse stakeholders—including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement—to ensure successful application delivery that aligns with business objectives.
  • Your team will translate complex data insights into actionable business outcomes.
  • You will provide functional and technical guidance and oversee the development process, while leading the team in Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions and continuously evaluating business needs, refining priorities, setting milestones, and identifying opportunities and risks to optimize project outcomes, and application performance and stability.
  • You will identify and mitigate risks, resolve technical challenges, and drive innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and communicate tactical IT technical decisions and plans, working to achieve alignment across relevant business areas, functions, and geographies, while ensuring clear communication with IT and business leadership.
  • You will actively lead your team in IT projects and run-the-business activities, ensuring that all relevant business, functional, and geographic stakeholders are appropriately included and receive timely, sufficient communication.
  • Your team will perform technical analysis and implementation design for cross-functional and complex business requirements, including hands-on development for smaller enhancements.
  • Your team will convert functional design specifications (FDS) or business features into clear application solutions, including detailed features, technical design specifications (TDS), and acceptance test criteria.
  • Recognizes the need for new IT processes or significant enhancements to existing ones, leading the development and implementation of these improvements to optimize technical operations.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with top decision-makers and key tactical leaders across the business, functions, and IT organization, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Utilizes deep technical expertise and business acumen to drive engagement on critical IT initiatives, proactively contributing to strategic planning to ensure IT supports and influences overall business goals.
  • Communicates IT strategies and plans clearly, ensuring alignment with the highest levels of the business, functions, or geographic regions, and that IT efforts are aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Advocates for the technical needs and priorities of the business, functions, or regions within the IT organization, ensuring they are considered during the IT decision-making and prioritization process.

What You Need To Bring

Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically a bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / IT Business Management, or related fields with a minimum of 20 years’ experience in Lead To Cash domain.
  • You have excellent management skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement processes that drive successful team delivery. You are experienced in guiding technical teams through complex projects, ensuring that milestones and objectives are met.
  • You have hands-on experience with technical designing solutions within Agile frameworks and provide guidance to team and manage project workflows and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • You are proficient in developing application background and possess a basic understanding of application coding, enabling you to provide technical guidance and support to your team.
  • You have extensive experience in e2e Lead-To-Cash domain processes, including configuration, pricing, and quoting. Your track record of successful application delivery demonstrates your ability to lead technical teams to achieve business objectives.
  • You have a proven ability to resolve conflicts within your team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Your leadership style encourages innovation and teamwork.
