The Automation discipline can provide innovative solutions in complete life science and pharmaceutical projects. This also includes understanding the clients complex process facilities, with Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) regulated requirements for a pharmaceutical production facility. The Department consists of dedicated engineers, specialized in different phases of the project including Conceptual Design, Basic Design, Detailed Design, Commissioning and Qualification.

We are looking for a Automation & IT project manager to join our team of process automation and fill finish automation. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the project triangle and to meet objectives, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and coordinate with stakeholders across the discipline. The successful candidate will have a strong background within the pharmaceutical business, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving projects.

How you might spend your days a Project Manager, you'll be:

  • Implementing the client’s strategy in the projects with respect to design, schedule, quality, and cost.
  • Collaborating with different stakeholders both internal and external to ensure efficient cooperation in the projects.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Leading the team to resolve challenges, make prioritizations, stay focused, and always stay on track.
  • Developing the team members together with line management.
  • Reporting frequently on the project triangle.
  • Providing management and leadership for the project team.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all project management activities.

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • B.E. in Engineering or equivalent with additional PMP certification or other PM certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage priorities, and good communication skills.
  • Solid experience in project management.
  • Experience with Automation & IT design, construction, and test & validation phases.
  • Fluent in English, oral and writing.
